Jamie Wynne is the Director of Built Environment and Sustainability at Eden Brown, where he is in charge of the leading and growth of this division. With a background absorbed in built environment recruitment, Jamie joined Eden Brown in July 2011 as a trainee consultant and worked his way up to his current role as Director. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry make him an invaluable asset in delivering successful outcomes for our clients and candidates.

Zoe is an integral part of the sustainability team at Eden Brown Built Environment. With hands-on experience recruiting for varied roles within the industry, Zoe brings extensive knowledge and expertise to connect professionals with sustainability-driven opportunities. Joining the company in September 2021, Zoe made history as the first team member to join the newly formed sustainability desk, showcasing her commitment to advancing sustainable practices in the built environment sector.

Jack joined the sustainability team in August as Senior Recruitment Consultant, specialising in the recruitment of Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers. With a 360 role that covers both candidates and clients, Jack focusses on the Essex and City of London areas. He brings 2 years of valuable recruitment experience to his role, ensuring that we connect top talent with our clients.

Jake Troubridge has been part of the Eden Brown family since November 2017, and is currently Executive Consultant in the MEP Building Services sector. Jake excels in building and strengthening client relationships, and enables consultancies and contractors across the UK market to locate the perfect candidates for their roles. As a leader within our MEP team, Jake is dedicated to both nurturing his colleagues' growth and expanding the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Lakshman joined Eden Brown Built Environment as Trainee Recruitment Consultant in May 2021. He is now a senior consultant specialising in Sustainability & Net Zero and plays a pivotal role in expanding the sustainability teams of consultant engineers within the built environment. His background in architecture and interior design recruitment provides valuable insights into recruiting experts who design and retrofit sustainable buildings, focusing on green building certifications, building physics, and embodied carbon.

Natalia Wielgosz is our energy Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Eden Brown. With a focus on recruiting professionals in Energy, Carbon and Net Zero related positions, Natalia closely collaborates with both candidates and clients, utilizing her extensive background in Sustainable Development and Global Governance, along with ongoing professional development in the Net Zero sector, to enable her to connect top talent with impactful opportunities.

Alessandro Raucci is our Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in MEP Building Services Design recruitment for Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers. Having joined our team just over a year ago, Alessandro brings a unique perspective, as this is his first foray into this sector. With a strong affinity for sales and building connections, he is dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent to meet our clients' requirements

Sam Kermode joined Eden Brown Built Environment two months ago as Trainee Recruitment Consultant specialising in the sustainability market. Sam brings a fresh perspective to the recruitment field, with previous experience in sales and events, which have honed his communication and interpersonal skills. With a passion for making a positive impact, Sam is committed to connecting talented professionals with sustainability-focused opportunities.

Tia is one of our newest team members, joining us this year as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Tia brings a year of experience in the built environment industry, previously specialising in Facilities Management; the knowledge and communication skills she has developed bring an invaluable interpersonal approach to sourcing and screening candidates within the energy, carbon and Net Zero fields.

Dan joined Eden Brown Built Environment two months ago as Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in the sustainability market. Dan brings with him one year of recruitment experience previously specialising in electrical engineering. Dan has always had interest in sustainability, being part of the CSR team at Perkins Engines earlier in his career, attending the virtual World Business Council For Sustainable Development in 2020 and studying modules such as Sustainability and Management covering ecology, circular economy and sustainable supply chains. Dan adopts a people-centric approach to recruitment. He believes in the power of relationships, whether it's leveraging existing ones, introducing new connections, or rejuvenating dormant ones. With his expertise, Dan is geared up to match the right talent with the right roles in the sustainability market, adding value to both our team and our clients.
